Canyoning is an outdoor activity that involves descending a canyon by combining walking, jumping, sliding down natural waterways, and rappelling, always under the supervision of a professional guide.
Yes, it is recommended that you know how to swim and feel comfortable in the water, especially for water-based courses.

We provide: a wetsuit, helmet, harness, and safety equipment. You must bring a swimsuit, closed-toe shoes, and a towel.
