This is where it all begins! Before you take your first run, your attentive instructor will go over safety guidelines and tips… and then you’re off to explore.

The Famous Canyon Descent

We start right off with the famous “mailbox.” The atmosphere is relaxed (for now), and we kick things off with some good laughs. Forests, cliffs, whitewater… and a few glimpses of the lake, which beautifully frames the descent. Next? The pace picks up slightly! Get ready for a series of jumps, natural slides, and short rappels. We’re okay with a little hesitation (and we’ll even offer advice and/or suggest possible alternative routes). Our goal: for you to enjoy the moment to the fullest.

The Return of the Heroes

We swim back up peacefully with a smile—and often, the fear we felt at the start has been left behind in the water.

The Joy of Decluttering

You return the equipment when you (finally) regain your human form—though you might not miss the wetsuit all that much.

A Time for Fellowship

Yes! It’s very convenient: you can take bus line 20 from Annecy to Talloires and get off at the Angon stop (about a 45-minute ride). For the more adventurous, it takes about 45 minutes via the bike path (on the east shore of the lake).
